It takes a lot for the corporate mainstream propaganda machine to finally admit what everyday conservative Americans have known for years, but the truth is finally bubbling to the surface. A single American mother signed up to be a surrogate after seeing an Instagram ad promising $120,000. The agency told her the intended parent was a single father expanding his family. [snip] Every baby born here is an American citizen at birth. Those children keep U.S. citizenship for life. They can vote. They can hold federal jobs. At 21 they can sponsor family members. Agencies have marketed the arrangement as cheaper than an EB-5 investor visa. The Gateway Pundit flagged this same Chinese mega-family pipeline in March. The latest reporting puts a human face on it, an American woman who still has not been allowed to meet the man whose child she is carrying. [snip] “That’s a lot of kids at one time,” she told CBS. She asked to meet the intended father at least five times. It never happened. “The agency should’ve been very transparent from before getting matched … about who it is that you’re having a baby for and what the family is,” Judy said. “It leaves me wondering: do I even have a right to know?” [snip] Xu Bo is the founder of Chinese gaming company Duoyi Network. A Wall Street Journal investigation reported that Xu had sought parental rights to multiple unborn children and told a California judge in 2023 that he hoped to have approximately 20 U.S.-born children, primarily boys, to eventually inherit and run his business empire. The Journal also reported that some of Xu’s children were being raised by nannies in California while awaiting paperwork to travel to China. Xu reportedly told the court that he had not met some of the children because of his work obligations. Xu Bo, founder of Guangzhou gaming firm Duoyi Network, has been the most extreme documented case in this pipeline. His former partner, Tang Jing, who is locked in a custody and money fight with him in China, has publicly claimed he has as many as 300 children. After the Wall Street Journal’s December 2025 investigation, Duoyi pushed back on the 300 figure but confirmed what should have stopped the country cold: after “many years of effort” through U.S. surrogacy, Xu had “only a little over 100” children. In a later statement cited by CBS, Xu disputed the larger tallies and said he has custody of 12 children born through surrogacy in the United States. In a 6–3 decision in Trump v. Barbara on June 30, 2026, the Court struck down President Donald Trump’s executive order seeking to deny citizenship to certain children born in the United States to noncitizen parents.
