Anthony Constantino, the Republican candidate in New York’s 21st Congressional District, has pledged to donate his entire $174,000 congressional salary to the family of wounded Marine veteran Sgt. Eddie Ryan, the Washington Reporter reported. The outlet reported that Ryan was shot in the head during the Iraq War and that Constantino, who runs Sticker Mule, is self-funding his campaign for the seat being vacated by New York Rep. Elise Stefanik, R-N.Y. [snip] Ryan, who was a Marine Corps sniper, was wounded by friendly fire in Iraq in 2005 and sustained a traumatic brain injury that has left him with limited mobility and speech difficulties.
