Is he a Muslim terrorist or a pedophile school shooter? Or just a psychotic troll.

I’ve been writing about Islamic terrorism for a long time and I know something of internet troll subcultures and honestly, I’m not sure which this is, but it’s certainly a testament to what we’ve allowed social media to turn into.

Kramer has been known to the FBI since an earlier investigation in 2023, which resulted in Kramer, then a minor, being charged and adjudicated delinquent by Pennsylvania state authorities for his role in a plot to commit a mass casualty incident and for possessing child sexual abuse material. On March 19, 2026, following Kramer’s release from a Pennsylvania juvenile detention facility, an anonymous individual made an online tip to the FBI reporting a return to troubling behavior by Kramer, including, among other activities, his ordering of “mysterious” packages and “talking to his friends from before” his juvenile adjudication. Subsequent investigation confirmed that Kramer had been using the online persona of “Hamza Al Rashid” who claimed affiliation with ISIS, offered to share explosive manuals with others, and expressed his intent to prepare for his “mission” and that he was just missing a “weapon.”

The details in the actual complaint only get messier.

On March 11, 2023, the FBI received a tip regarding an online user with display name “Nikolas Cruz” and username @ShootIntoACrowd that was utilizing the online forum, Telegram. The anonymous tip advised that user “Nikolas Cruz” posted threatening statements alluding to an unidentified act to occur within three months as well as documents on how to make explosives, C4, and car bombs.

The actual Cruz was the Parkland school mass murderer.

Somehow this story then gets worse.

During the search, I identified on KRAMER’s laptop a recording of KRAMER that depicted his baya’t, an Islamic pledge of allegiance, to the then leader of ISIS, Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi.

Fast forward to now and…

One listed username and password combination was for a Reddit account bearing the username “i_love_femboys6 969… According to Reddit’s records, the Reddit accounts “u/ILoveGayRobloxPorn” and “u/i_love_femboys6969”

On or about May 12, 2026, “u/slopdestroyer” posted a video entitled “Roblox Slop” to the r/FreshBeans sub-reddit. The nineteen-second video depicts Roblox-style characters as ISIS fighters and supporters in various positions and encampments. The audio is that of an ISIS nasheed, titled “For the Sake of Allah”.

On or about May 2026, “u/ILoveGayRobloxPorn” created a post entitled “Average Usa” to the r/ppnojutsu sub-reddit. The post depicted multiple individuals in dark tactical style clothing obtaining weapons and grenades with the overlaid text which stated, “Me And My Friends Getting Ready For School.”

On or about July 9, 2026, SITE Intelligence Group provided information to the FBI regarding SimpleX7 user “Hamza Al Rashid.” At the time, “Hamza Al Rashid” reportedly claimed affiliation with and support of ISIS, and was having discussions with others about imminent attacks. As discussed further below, based upon “Hamza Al Rashid’s” statements, past online behavior, personal history, and pattern of life, I believe KRAMER is the creator and user of the “Hamza Al Rashid” SimpleX account.

What does any of this mean?

Let me put it this way. Some people online are drawn to the worst things imaginable. In this case that seems to be pedophilia, school shootings, Hamas and ISIS. Maybe Kramer is a convert to Islam even though he would have been thrown off a tall building (doesn’t seem to have stopped some Islamic terror fans on the left. Maybe he likes Hamas and ISIS because they’re the geopolitical equivalent of school shootings and child abuse.

Maybe that’s why a lot of the people who don’t officially turn Muslim like Islamic terrorists.
