A little-known lab animal dealer has been quietly feeding cats into taxpayer-funded virus experiments at major universities, according to records obtained by the watchdog White Coat Waste Project. [snip] At Cornell University, Clinvet donated cats for experiments in which researchers infected healthy animals with COVID, isolated them, and monitored them as they became sick. Some cats used as controls were killed without ever being infected. White Coat Waste says nearly $1.6 million was sub-awarded to Cornell from a National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases grant for the work. A separate $650,000 USDA grant for the same experiments was extended in May 2026 and now runs through May 2027. [snip] The university’s protocol allows experimenters to surgically remove fetuses from pregnant cats and kill them for diagnostic assays. Mothers can be put through the procedure up to three times, with six months between surgeries. Kittens from the colony can be shipped to outside labs. Between 2021 and 2023, CSU sold or transferred 45 cats to Oklahoma State University and Redbeast Enterprises and collected at least $22,960. White Coat Waste matched names and microchip numbers in those records to an NIH-funded journal article. Cats identified as Matcha, Morgan, Dolores, Juliet, and Pierce were among the animals infected with FIV, inoculated with COVID, killed, and dissected. [snip] Earlier Gateway Pundit reporting also detailed NIH’s quiet continuation of Fauci-era kitten experiments at its Bethesda campus and House Republican efforts, backed by White Coat Waste, to cut funding for painful dog and cat tests. Clinvet is not as well-known as Marshall BioResources, Ridglan Farms, or the now-shuttered Envigo beagle operation. [snip] The Cornell COVID cats were the subject of an earlier White Coat Waste investigation linked to Fauci-era NIAID funding. Anthony Bellotti, President and Founder of White Coat Waste, told The Gateway Pundit in a statement: [snip] Inexplicably, legacy animal rights groups like PETA and PCRM still cheerlead for NIH Deputy Director Nicole Kleinstreuer — RFK’s ‘animal testing czar’ — even as she refuses to shut down this pipeline. Under her watch, NIH approved more than $225 million in new funding for dog and cat experiments, despite Kleinstreuer’s false claim that the spending predates her. White Coat Waste is leading the fight to end the U.S. government’s cat-a-strophic waste and defund pet profiteers like Clinvet. The solution is simple: Stop the Money. Stop the Madness!” (*) Full article: https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2026/10/taxpayer-funded-cat-pipeline-exposes-animal-dealer-that/ Post navigation Teacher at Loudoun County elementary school charged, accused of assaulting student Guatemalan Illegal Alien Sex Offender Arrested Twice in 18 Hours in New York Thanks to Sanctuary Policies
