Sanctuary policies have repeatedly shielded an illegal alien accused of sexually abusing his teenage daughter, who allegedly killed their baby, the Daily Caller learned. California’s sanctuary policies enabled Sergio Galvez-Perez to allegedly abuse his 14-year-old daughter, who was later accused of killing the baby conceived as a result of her father’s abuse. Authorities in California are actively searching for Galvez-Perez and his daughter after the baby was found dead on the side of the road on Aug. 1, 2026.
