A federal judge on Wednesday blocked Minnesota Governor Tim Walz from forcing Texas Governor Greg Abbott to extradite an ICE agent who was charged by a Soros prosecutor.

US District Judge Fernando Rodriguez, a Trump appointee, blocked Walz from forcing Texas to extradite the ICE Agent.

Last Tuesday, Keith Ellison announced his office filed a lawsuit against Texas Governor Greg Abbott to force the extradition of an ICE agent involved in a shooting earlier this year.

As previously reported, an ICE agent charged in the nonfatal shooting of a Venezuelan migrant was arrested in Texas in May.

Moriarty charged the agent, identified as Christian Castro, with four counts of second-degree assault and one count of falsely reporting a crime.

In January, ICE agents were involved in a shooting in Minneapolis as Governor Walz claimed federal agents are “going door-to-door ordering people to point out where their neighbors of color live.”

“Christian Castro has been charged with breaking the law in Minnesota,” Ellison said.

“He must face justice in Minnesota. Governor Abbott should have granted Governor Walz’s extradition request long ago and is required to do so now,” he said.

“First of all, I don’t trust Tim Walz on anything, let alone something like this. While they’re making demands, I have a demand of my own and that is, it’s time for Minnesota to step up and repay the Untied States of America and Americans for all the fraud they have committed in their state under federal programs,” Abbott said.

“And I will not respond to them at all until they step up and do what’s right and they acknowledge their fault in the fraud that took place and fully repay the United States of America for the fraud they committed,” he said.
